WELCOME TO LCS.
That we be imitators of God in pursuit of Him, loving others, doing all things as unto the Lord, transforming the world according to His will.
Eph 5:1, 2 “Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children; and walk in love, just as Christ also loved you and gave himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God as a fragrant aroma.”(NASB)
To cultivate a passion for God’s will, a love of learning and joy in serving, fostering creativity, knowledge and character with a global perspective, impacting the world for Christ.
Col 3:23 “Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men.”(NIV)
“I am thankful for the excellent education my grandson received while at your school. Everything there is first class and I commend you for the quality of teachers there. When I visited on Grandparents Day and attended his chemistry class, the teacher was so gifted in her ability to teach, it made me wish I were back in school. I pray that God will bless you with His wisdom and guidance.’ ~ LCS Grandparent
“This past Christmas we received more than 3,000 presents for our 550 children here at Emmanuel. This would not have been possible without your generous donation. We appreciate your consideration for us during that time of year. On behalf of all the children, staff and volunteers at Emmanuel, thank you for making Christmas memorable.” ~ Emmanuel Orphanage, Honduras
“We appreciate your faithful support of Samaritan’s Purse. We were delighted to hear about your school’s campaign to support our Philippines Relief efforts. Thank you for your support and for inviting your school to participate in this ministry. May the Lord continue to bless you.” ~ Samaritan’s Purse
"Loudonville Christian School has equipped me with the tools necessary to succeed in life. As a student in college, I feel well prepared for the next level and beyond." ~ LCS Alumna
The 2016 Loudonville Christian School Golf Tournament will be held this year on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at The Edison Club in Rexford. The proceeds from this event will be designated for the Mike Davis Memorial Fund for Tuition Assistance. LCS established this fund in 2008 to honor the passion shown by the late Mike Davis for the mission of the school and the lives of individual students.
The tournament is a wonderful event to fellowship with other supporters of LCS and enjoy a beautiful day out on the greens! Grab some friends and register today! Click here for a registration form. Sponsoships are also available. Please contact Amy Thiel at 434-6051 or firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Every year the New York State Archives holds a Student Research Awards program to promote student excellence. The purpose is "to encourage students to explore the wealth of historical records held in historical records repositories in New York State ... and to increase cooperation between schools and organizations that administer historical records useful for education."
This year Loudonville Christian School is pleased to announce rising seniors Emma Orsino and Josh Stanley have completed a research project on the historic steps of the State Capitol Building in Albany. Click here to watch the documentary they researched and produced for their project. They have done a wonderful job, persevering through many setbacks, being driven by parents (even grandparents) to libraries, interviews, filming locations ... all the while maintaining their excellent grades.
You can visit their website at albanysteps.com. Congratulations to Emma and Josh on a job well done! Results of the competition will be formally announced during Archives Month in October 2016.
