Loudonville Christian School is accredited by
the Middle States Association and the Association
of Christian Schools International (ACSI).
All full-time teachers in the K-12
program are certified by both New York State
and ACSI. Over 95 percent of all faculty members
have a master’s degree.
More important than certification is classroom
manner. LCS hires teachers who excel in communicating
effectively with students. Loudonville Christian
School teachers exhibit love
and concern for their students, attempting to
be mentors of the highest Christian standards
of behavior and scholastic achievement.
Loudonville Christian School faculty have developed
their own curriculum which is designed to be
challenging, appropriate, and distinctly Christian.
The high school uses the Regents course
program as the guide for curriculum. Eighth grade
students have the option of beginning high school
Regents classes, a form of
advancement that ensures challenge and excellence.
Students in the secondary school also have the
opportunity to take AP courses
and courses for college credit through SUNY Albany’s University
in the High School program. |
