Admissions
Admissions - Policies
It is the policy of the Loudonville Christian School to admit the children of Christian families who evidence strong academic achievement, emotional stability, positive social behavior, and good moral character. As part of the admissions process, parents read and sign the Statement of Faith as well as the Vision and Mission statement of Loudonville Christian School.
Academic achievement will be determined by achievement testing and a review of all current school record. Emotional stability, positive social behavior, and wholesome moral character will be determined by the interview and references. An individualized developmental screening will determine admission to Kindergarten for children reaching the age requirement of 5 years old on or before September 1.
The Principal of Loudonville Christian School will be responsible to carry out the admission policies. Parents and children of each family seeking entrance into Loudonville Christian School will be interviewed by the Principal.
Entrance exams begin the first Saturday in March. Additional testing dates are to be determined.
Priorities in the admissions process will be the following:
1.Current LCS Students
2.Siblings of current LCS students
3.Children of members of, or active participants in the Loudonville Community Church.
4. LCS faculty and staff members.
5. Children of LCS alumni
6. No priorities exist after May 1.

Loudonville Christian School’s biblical role is to work in conjunction with the home to mold students to be Christlike. On occasion, the atmosphere or conduct within a particular home may be counter or in opposition to the biblical lifestyle the school teaches. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to, sexual immorality, homosexual lifestyle, or inability to support the moral principles of the school. In such cases, the school reserves the right, within its sole discretion, to refuse admission of an applicant or to discontinue enrollment of a student.
