Vision Statement of LCS

That we be imitators of God in pursuit of Him, loving others, doing all things as unto the Lord, transforming the world according to His will.

We bring our vision to reality by:

1. Ministering to Christian families throughout the Capital Region. We seek to develop a school constituency throughout the Capital Region that is not limited to any particular church, denomination, or school district. By drawing the Christian community together to support the functions of the God-ordained institutions of family and church, we seek to exemplify the manner in which the Lord acts through his people.

2. Providing a dynamic, Christ-centered education. Education is futile if it does not have Christ at its center. At Loudonville Christian School, we are committed to the formation of well-educated, thinking Christians – young people who are equipped to fulfill the Lord's call on their lives and who will impact the world for Christ. The School aspires to be vigorous, energetic, and proactive in assessing its performance and, as necessary, to refocus its efforts to ensure that its students achieve this purpose.

3. Maximizing the gifts and abilities of every student. We endeavor to contribute to the development of each student in his or her physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual realms, so that each of these areas are developed to the fullest extent. To reach this objective, the School provides breadth in our academic programs and support services at the appropriate levels.

4. Preparing students to be "salt and light" in the world. We seek to maximize the gifts and abilities of each student to further God's work by desiring and becoming the "salt and light" in the world. We are uncompromising in our dedication to producing "world-changers" for Christ – men and women who understand God's pre-eminence, authority, and control in all things, and who seek to glorify Him in their own lives.
